▢ General Expectations of Setting Spray

═ Wouldn’t see this working for Oily Skin
╸ Is it something new compared to pre-existing brands? No, there are pre-existing setting sprays that protect, hydrates and sets makeup. Example Tatcha, Urban Decay Setting Spray
= Is it different in formula? According to Beauty Blender it is two-phase solution is a supercharged water, which contains antioxidants—white birch extract and hyaluronic acid—to protect and hydrate skin. The second part consists of a milky oil, which nourishes and balances with skin-cocooning silk extract and soothing probiotics. Shake well. Hyaluronic isn’t very different from some of the pre-existing brands that include that as a highlighted ingredient
= Is it different in packaging design? Packaging design is different in shape, still true to the beauty blender aesthetic
✔ Unique Branding? A distinguishable branding style
= Packaging Design: It is simple to use, I feel like the extra cap within the outer cap is unnecessary
= Is the packaging sustainable? The packaging consists of a box. The foundation encasing is a mix of glass and plastic which I am okay with since you can use it for months. As I have mentioned in the Design category, the extra cap within the outer cap is really unnecessary. Its made of hard plastic, which would have cut down on their plastic if they didn’t make that extra cap.
= Where is it made and do they have a large carbon foot-print for manufacturing the product? All manufacturing and sourcing is made in the US. The carbon foot-print is minimal since it does not require large shipments from different spaces.
